We are happy to return or exchange your shoes provided they were purchased at full price and are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and the following are sent with the returned items:
1) Your original invoice as proof of purchase.
2) A completed returns form - click to download returns form (please download, print, complete and enclose with your returned items).
3) We reserve the right to decline an item for refund if the return was made after 14 days. We can offer a full refund (less postage costs of $12.50 for ALL returns)) via the method that you paid for the shoes.
*If you are exchanging for an alternative size, please note that this will be subject to stock availability and should we not be able to fulfill your request, we will contact you to offer an alternative style or issue a refund at your request.
RedBootie accepts no responsibility for lost returns sent by you the customer.
The customer is responsible for any postage/delivery costs affiliated with any returns including RedBootie returning shoes to the customer after exchange. You can either put the postage amount in cash with your return which is a flat rate of $10 or we can invoice you once the goods are returned or you can include a Pre-Paid Return Satchel with your returned shoes (ensuring the satchel is large enough for the shoes to be returned to you).
Can I Return Or Exchange Sale Items?
We do not issue any refund or exchange for change of mind or change of size on any sale items.
How Long Does It Take For Refund To Be Processed?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned items are received and provided the original invoice and completed returns form is enclosed. Please allow for a minimum of 3 – 5 days for post to reach us.
